The CANELANA gaiters are made of softshell with a membrane. Wind-/waterproof, breathable, do not get wet/damp on the inside and do not make noise. Very comfortable, the fabric is thick enough and the gaiters are soft and nice. Good fit. Black. 3 sizes; S, M, L

About washing and impregnation:
We recommend washing with Nikwax Tech Wash, which is a non-solvent soap that can be used frequently to wash garments and equipment without damaging the waterproofing and membrane. Use this product instead of soap containing solvent.
For impregnation, we recommend Nikwax TX-Direct, which is intended for re-impregnation of all technical garments with membranes.
Use after washing the garment with Nikwax Tech Wash and after every 3-4 washes. TX-Direct adds a water-repellent layer to the outer fabric, which is important to maintain the garment's breathability in wet weather.
Good reasons to use gaiters:
